Limited to just 1004 bottles this is the inaugural bottling of our limited edition cask releases. Specialist maturation in a single bespoke Oloroso Butt adds red berry sweetness, rich colour, with a clotted cream, buttery and fruity decadent dram finish.

NOSE: Wood and sherry developing into a rich complex toffee penny with layered dark fruit. Rich and developing on the nose.
TASTE: Rich and creamy opening up vanilla toffee rum sweetness, with dark fruits ever present. The finish is long, even more smooth creamy toffee richness with dark fruity boiled sweet notes.
