Our unique maturation process is what gives Outlaw Rum its complex flavour and full character. Hand picked casks from Speyside, Highland distilleries add additional regional characteristics — complementing an already world-class Rum to create something defiantly different.
NOSE: Sweet caramel, vanilla, with a subtle hint of toffee, melding into some wood and oakiness with a slight hint of sherry at the end
TASTE: Very smooth beginning of caramel, vanilla with some toffee and honey. Citrus then comes onto the tongue with satsuma orange portugal zest, leading into the longer finish of coconut, some creamy butter notes with a hint of baking spice and raisin.
